We might not be able to send you all a Christmas card, but instead, here's an eRecipe book with some of the festive faves from your ANH team as a thank you for all your support this year

In this article

As we close out the year of 2023 (and what a year it’s been!), all of us here at ANH want to say thank you!

Thank you for being there.

Thank you for supporting our work.

Thank you being a part of our tribe.

We can’t say it enough times — without you, we wouldn’t be able to continue the work that we’re so passionate about and which benefits all of us.

Our end of year gift for you is not unnaturally about food. For food is another area of great passion for us here and what better way than for the active team to share some of what makes their foodie Christmas special. So there’s a link below to a new eRecipe book with a few of each of our festive faves, plus the all important health information so you know why they’re as good for you as they are tasty! You’ll no doubt see some familar faves, but hopefully we’ll inspire a few additional healthy tweaks and a new twist to your old favourites.

May your hearts and your hearths be filled with love, warmth and good health this festive season. We wish you happy holidays with much laughter, cherished moments and the embrace of loved ones.

Here’s to the New Year. We’re so looking forward to continuing the journey with you in 2024!

We’d love to hear, and see, how you add the recipes to your festivities, either in the comments or by tagging us on Facebook and/or Instagram.
