The big reveal: filthy lies & life-changing learning

It seems a long time since we’ve been able to trust governments and regulators to keep us safe and put public and environmental safety before corporate interests. We are deeply into the age of corporatocracy, cronyism and backroom deals, but if you were in any doubt on that point, this week’s lead story should convince you otherwise.

Our first story brings to light some of the documents that Monsanto would rather have kept private. Lucky for us they’re part of a major US court case, which sees a large and powerful coalition of lawyers working together against Monsanto. One law firm has just released a batch of documents showing how deserved Monsanto is of its “World’s most evil corporation” crown.
