Reflections from the Americas
This trip has been full of positives. Not just because it’s so good to travel and experience a different culture again, but because the human connection has been so much more precious after the last two years of ‘virtual’ isolation.
I don’t believe it’s a coincidence that, as people, we find it harder to open our hearts in a digital space than we do when face-to-face. Even less of a coincidence that it’s something we’ve been denied. It’s been so good to be here, in the Americas, open hearted, feeling such deep gratitude and appreciation for people we have known and worked with for so long. And, you can’t digitise a real hug either!
