Whether the words ‘under pressure’ conjure up visions for you of the famous Bowie/Queen collaboration in the 1980s (ahem, showing my age…) or those magnificent gems – a girl’s so-called best friend’ – it feels very much like we’re all undergoing a similar transformation. Throw in a few solar flares and coronal mass ejections (CMEs) on top of the current situation of our delicate planet, and we really are like diamonds in the making! Or, you could say, we’re oysters dealing with an overload of sand, still intent on offering up a pearl or two.
