Overcoming the ‘panicdemic’ with resilience

Many of us might agree that we’ve reached a level of chaos in the outside world that speaks more to a ‘panicdemic’ than a pandemic. For many of us too, there’s never been a more important time to find a source of peace and calmness in daily life. Human beings are not well adapted to cope with living in a state of sustained panic with no end in sight.

This wrestle for life, nature and sovereignty that we’re engaged in, is a tough seesaw of forward, and then what often feels like, backwards motion. Daily, we are being called to come from the most resilient place that we can find within ourselves.

The sense of backwards motion after hearing President Ramaphosa’s speech last night on how South Africa may be being used as the launchpad for full digital, NWO-style, surveillance. And seesawing forwards to the rich provision of nature; and how herbs and spices, when properly grown and prepared, can pack such a powerful phytonutrient punch of information for the body. They can really be important drivers of positive health – and in turn, resilience.

Our combined Natural News and Covid Corner bring you up to speed with this week’s lead stories at a glance.
