The team were blessed to see everyone, who was able to join us, last week and to extend a warm welcome to all those new Pathfinder members who joined us for their first Members’ Briefing and Q&A.
For the first time in, what seems to be, a long time, the main topic of conversation wasn’t covid! However, we had a fast-paced and lively discussion about the best types of water filter to use, alternative cancer treatments triggered by Rob and Meleni’s feedback from their recent trip to the US, where they attended the Beljanski Foundation ‘Winning the War on Cancer’ conference plus infrared saunas and more.

just wanted to ask about letting rice cool – I was told to never let it do this as bacteria grows really quickly – to either put it straight in fridge or freezer. Does putting it in the fridge and leaving it for a few hours still turn it into resistant starch?

Hi Michelle, putting rice in the fridge to cool is fine. It will still develop resistant starch. It’s the cooling of the rice that changes the properties of the starch, whether on the side in the kitchen or in the fridge.

Yes, we’re very familiar with Nina and her work. There is very much an element of trauma where the person wasn’t prepared for what happened and was totally overwhelmed by it. It’s why the alternative cancer clinics work so much on the mental/emotional side too.

I agree, but people have been so conditioned towards tyranny – boiling the frog slowly – that many don’t even know what the word sovereignty means. I’ve just had this discussion in the US from someone who said I’m the only person she’s ever heard saying the word!
