What a fabulous Q&A last week. It was nice to put covid on the back seat at long last. The discussion was wide-ranging covering topics from giving birth via c-section as opposed to vaginally and its impact on babies microbiomes. Gluten-free, electric vehicles and their impact on our health as well as that of the environment, the demonisation of meat eating, attacks on farming along with the rise in ‘ferming‘, regenerating nature, growing your own, the World Health Organization and more. Phew!
We hope you enjoy the recording of this month’s conversation as we much as did having it.

00:18:01 Nicola Graves-Gregory: That c-section to vaginal birth ratio is appalling!
00:18:32 Eloise: My son was born at 24 weeks and they give the first vaccines at the usual time, he would have had his first lot before he would have been out of the womb. He hasn’t had any even now and he’s 13 and healthier than many although disabled.
00:19:04 Lauren McElroy: I had a friend for whom 2 of her 3 babies were breech. She lived in the rural US in the 1980s and both breech babies were delivered vaginally in a little country clinic.
00:19:12 Heather CHAPMAN: I was berated for my ‘small babies’! I was breast feeding back in the 80’s when the percentiles were based on bottle feeding!

00:19:40 Sue Adlam: Same Heather – still same issue in 2004!
00:21:23 Eloise: premature babie in NICU are not washed for two weeks.
00:21:35 Meleni Aldridge: Are there any midwives in the group here? It would be interesting to know if they’re still taught the same hands on techniques that the older midwives all knew and why there were so fewer C-sections.
00:22:38 Melissa Smith: A lot women are now induced, which invariably seems to lead to C-section, rather than be allowed to continue to their natural time.
00:22:50 Dian Shepperson: Waitrose Pure Glycerin soap; one of a few. Pears now contains sodium laurel sulphate😱
00:22:57 Lauren McElroy: Or 4 years breastfeeding!
00:23:40 Meleni Aldridge: Oh no Dian, that’s not good re Pears! It used to be so pure.
00:23:59 Suzanna: Re oral biome / preserving health of oral biome care – would brushing teeth with tea-tree oil be beneficial or not?
00:24:04 Wanda Briggs: And a good idea is to avoid very sweet starter foods (banana for example)
00:24:12 Sue Adlam: Patrick Holford did a great podcast with Anthony Haynes and there was loads of info in there about baby’s microbiome. It was focused on allergies, but loads of other info. https://patrickholford.podbean.com/e/why-is-our-immunity-under-attack/

00:26:07 Meleni Aldridge: Thanks Sue, great link!
00:27:04 Sue Adlam: It was a great pod – I listened and made extensive notes Meleni!
00:27:55 Erica: Ancient religions got it right – worship the sun!
00:28:23 Cori: Biodiversity of our microbes is sooo important… I think that Lactobacilli only are not enough. Effective Microorganisms (around 80 different strains/species) give a broad spectrum
00:28:33 Dian Shepperson: We need 20 minutes of natural daylight each day on the eye in order for the retina and pituitary to absorb enough zinc to take the right hormonal message to the testes/ovary
00:29:11 Meleni Aldridge: Suzanna, re your question on the oral biome, coconut oil pulling is one of the best ways of balancing and purifying the mouth and preserving the oral microbiome. I wouldn’t recommend using pure tea tree oil as it’s just too potent, but you could always mix a drop into some salt water if you needed to deal with an infection at any time.
00:29:25 Nicola Graves-Gregory: Who are the Lewes women, please? weblink?
00:29:47 Meleni Aldridge: Thank you Dian – always such a wealth of amazing information 🥰
00:30:04 Suzanna: @Meleni Thanks, great advice
00:30:52 Wanda Briggs: According to Rachel Nicol, our mitochondria actually need some meat protein to function properly.
00:31:06 Melissa Smith: https://www.anhinternational.org/news/feature-the-red-meat-witch-hunt-exposed/
00:31:09 Heather CHAPMAN: I introduced a sustainability consultant to ‘sustainavore’ today. He was lecturing us in reducing carbon footprint in food manufacturing!
00:31:47 Melissa Smith: https://www.anhinternational.org/news/anh-intl-special-report-analysis-of-the-eat-lancet-report/
00:31:56 Dian Shepperson: Research is showing that animals fed on GM soya and wheat pellets are developing enlarged uterus…
00:32:54 DONNA Lowe: Are electric vehicles bad for our health? I do wonder if there’s any effect of sitting on top of these big batteries??
00:33:54 Lauren McElroy: Farming has made population growth possible
00:33:57 Sue Adlam: That seems logical to me Donna as we are electrical beings.
00:33:58 Susan Castle: Emfs in electric vehicles are extremely bad. Even being near am electric vehicles while it is charging has shown huge negative effects on human energy.
00:34:47 Susan Castle: I never have my phone on while in my car – not an electric car – the phone is constantly searching for connection while you are driving and again the EMF exposure is huge
00:34:52 Dian Shepperson: Bill gates and others are buying up farms world wide. They are planning to build 30 storey hydroponic farms, you will eat insect burgers. Insects contain the same amino acid as the fish allergy amino acid (pavoalbumin) !
00:35:48 Melissa Smith: https://www.anhinternational.org/news/nature-powergrab-initiated-in-usa/
00:36:19 Sue Adlam: It’s like the modern day witch hunt!
00:36:21 Dian Shepperson: The fields will lose manure so the soil will dry up and blow away and land become desertifies
00:36:29 Heather CHAPMAN: Lets get rid of farming and bring back hunter gather systems then! 🤣
00:36:40 Julie: I’m a farmers wife in Lincs – there are certainly people such as Dyson buying up huge areas of land. Also seeing massive increase in fertilisers.
00:36:52 Melissa Smith: 👍😀
00:36:59 Julie: cost of fertilisers
00:38:47 Dian Shepperson: In OZ the farmers are instructed to use ready roundup. On crops
Prof Linda Guidice at University San Fransisco has lots of research on infertility and pesticides, plasticisers etc. all bringing fertility down.
00:39:09 Heather CHAPMAN: even Dr John Campbell is coming round to understanding the WHO and science manipulation regarding covid
00:39:50 Eloise: Dos anyone know the recent findings of asymptomatic covid transmission? Do I need to still be concerned about my vulnerable child if someone seems ok?
00:39:51 Moira: Do you think Elon Musk will change this on Twitter?
00:39:53 Suzanna: How can we get out of the WHO?!
00:40:33 Cori: @Suzanna: my question, too ..
00:41:38 Lauren McElroy: May I speak?
00:41:47 Suzanna: World Council for Health instead of WHO!
00:42:41 Lauren McElroy: I would like to share some info from the United States about The Who treaty’
00:43:02 Suzanna: Growing organs from stem cells seems to be all the rage
00:43:53 Jennifer: We recently visited the farm and the tiny village where my mum grew up and it has barely changed at all in 70 years… just 3 hours from Sydney. They had an orchard of mixed fruit trees, and ran about 20 dairy cows (all Jersey’s)which were milked by hand. (Grandy always said we should only drink milk from Jersey cows which predominately produce A2 protein!!)
Most of us (in the family) would love to be back on a farm like that!!
00:44:31 Dian Shepperson: Www.eviemagazine.com the World Economic Forum announces plans for deep systemic structural restructuring of the world at G20
00:45:25 Dian Shepperson: We need all the professors of hunter gatherer society to work together with nutritionists.
00:45:45 Melissa Smith: Recent video from the World Government Summit! https://twitter.com/WorldGovSummit/status/1509122493939916801
00:46:30 Heather CHAPMAN: The supermarkets are charging more for eggs, citing a shortage due to avian flu. The farmers say there is no shortage of eggs, just the supermarkets are not passing on the money! so buy from your local farmer, or have your own chickens!
00:47:23 Hilary Martin: I’m coming across people denying there is a climate emergency connected to CO2. It seems to be a trend. How do you think this connects with what you are saying Rob?
00:47:45 Eloise: I love to buy eggs form locals but seem to only tolerate organic it must be the feed they use.
00:48:14 Wanda Briggs: What is so distressing is that it seems that us “little people” are powerless to make the changes we need.
00:49:32 Nicola Graves-Gregory: HP axis?
00:49:46 Dian Shepperson: Devon and their garden farms need to spread everywhere. Craig Sam’s said that all supermarkets should become local farmers produce markets. In WWII they fed the area. Brutainfred 45 M people .Problem is the 3 organic farms around us have now been built on.

00:51:34 Rob Verkerk: Here’s the Forest bathing Institute website; https://tfb.institute/
00:52:33 Nicola Graves-Gregory: Thank you, Michelle
00:52:56 Julie: My way of destressing is online yoga with the brilliant Bill Wood:- https://billwoodyoga.co.uk
00:53:02 Heather CHAPMAN: my husband is on the committee for green spaces in Sheffield and they have been planting more fruit, nut and vegetables in the parks and municipal gardens. We have a pocket park just outside our home which still has elm!
00:53:06 Meleni Aldridge: Thank you Michelle!! Sorry to use an acronym and not explain it.
00:54:11 Susan Castle: I heard somewhere that trees by roadsides or in urban settings are often overlooked and they sense that. I make it a habit to stop, admire and talk to trees that appear alone.
00:54:48 Heather CHAPMAN: how does being in contact with mycelia work when allergy to mushrooms?
00:54:55 Melissa Smith: That’s amazing Susan. I’m sure they truly appreciate it. Trees should never be on their own
00:56:04 Dian Shepperson: Teepee in the garden🏕
00:56:25 Nicola Graves-Gregory: Yes, Susan. Nature spirits are for real x
00:56:33 Jennifer: We have to disconnect from all of “BIG” Business… Ditch Google (use Duck Duck Go), Ditch Facebook (try Telegram (?) – just phone/email/talk to people!), Ditch Supermarkets (find farmer’s markets or try to grow your own)/share produce)… It’s not easy but we have to wean ourselves off them!
00:56:43 Melissa Smith: https://www.anhinternational.org/campaigns/the-regen-health-blueprint-project/
00:57:19 Susan Castle: Yes Jennifer – and definitely ditch Amazon. It is possible. Believe me.
00:57:29 Ann Charles: aghh had a computer crash
00:57:39 Meleni Aldridge: Absolutely Nicola – the more time you spend in Nature, the more likely you are to be able to connect with the Nature Spirits and Elementals. An ancient forest really hones our sixth sense.
00:57:41 richardburden: Brave is the best search engine and browser. Has better security than Duck Duck Go
00:57:48 Meleni Aldridge: Great you’re back Ann!
00:57:59 Jennifer: I hate Amazon! There are lots of alternatives!
00:58:09 Meleni Aldridge: I use Brave too Richard, but they’re all still using the guts of the Google browsers aren’t they?
00:58:38 Susan Castle: I try to buy local and small businesses. Either make own cosmetics and cleaning products or buy from small businesses
00:58:45 Suzanna: Brave and protonmail
00:59:37 Cori: @Suzanna: yes Brave and proton mail……
00:59:51 Nicola Graves-Gregory: There’s one called Mojeek that doesn’t use Google x
01:00:06 richardburden: I agree too: Brave and Protonmail!
01:00:44 Lauren McElroy: About The Who treaty — there is info here that shows a path forward https://bailiwicknews.substack.com/p/some-thinking-about-tampering-with
01:01:07 Melissa Smith: Thanks Lauren
01:01:35 Lauren McElroy: I would like to say why I see this was hopeful because on the face it looks depressing
01:02:22 Ann Charles: rob any suggestions for a good probiotic for oral use?
01:02:32 Rob Verkerk: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11369273/How-Mark-Zuckerberg-pumped-36-BILLION-failing-Metaverse-lost-30-billion-it.html
01:03:32 Heather CHAPMAN: Zuckerberg farms! he farms data
01:03:35 Cori: For biodiversity, effective microorganisms, terra preta, see also www.triaterra.de . I like the producers so much, and the videos they do, so authentic. (Unfortunately I think only in German, but worth to look it up)
01:04:23 Wanda Briggs: Sebastian Salgado completely regenerated a piece of the natural forest called the Atlantic Forest and the whole area he worked on has completely re-wilded in just 20 years – from desert to lush growth with a renewed waterfall! So it can be done.
01:04:30 Jacky Parker: in the Bruce Parry film, Tawai, he talks of meditation being the path back to our connection to each other and nature, and how meditative hunting and gathering was/is.
01:04:39 Hilary Martin: Another question for Rob – different topic. What is his take on the blood test results that Vax Control Group wrote about in their newsletter?
01:05:54 Ann Charles: fantastic farming practices used at Polyface Farm in US. Del Bigtree did a great section on their methods recently on the highwire.com
01:06:19 Suzannah UK: I haven’t used a supermarket for years and I’m still eating organic vegetables from my minute garden.
01:06:40 Irene MacIntyre: I get regular acupuncture as I can’t do pharmaceuticals. Their take on decisions and flows is very different. Fascinating
01:06:45 Jacky Parker: electric body by eileen mcuisick is a great book on the biofield etc
01:07:37 Meleni Aldridge: That’s a real achievement Suzannah. Have you any photos of your minute garden to share?
01:08:17 Para Florescu: does anyone have any recommendations for books or websites where I can learn how to grow my own vegetables? i am very new to gardening but really want to start doing this but i don’t know where to start!
01:08:59 Julie: Of you are in the UK start watching Gardeners World and Monty Don?
01:09:21 Para Florescu: yes Julie i am in the scottish borders! thank you i’ll check that out
01:09:46 Susan Castle: Para – check out Charles Dowding and his no dig system
01:09:49 Meleni Aldridge: No problem Para, it’s a great topic for an ANH article 🙂 We can put one together and publish it for everyone. So, all, please do send your ideas and favourite resources in. I know we started a home farming string in the forum as well, but not sure it’s really got going fully yet.
01:10:19 Melissa Smith: Para have a look at square foot gardening, which specialises in small spaces to grow veggies https://www.vegetableexpert.co.uk/planting-and-care/square-foot-gardening/
01:10:21 Para Florescu: Susan that one is on my list thank you!! and that is amazing thank you Meleni 🙂
01:10:28 Erica: Rob isn’t most sheep farming on wet hillsides in Wales carbon neutral?
01:10:33 Heather CHAPMAN: @para- do prepare soil first before you plant. Often digging in manure etc and letting the soil recover will yield better results
01:10:39 Jennifer: I don’t believe the “climate change” agenda from the WEF perspective. I think there are things we need to change but none of it is what they are trying to foist on us!!
I won’t be eating bugs or factory farmed foods – factory farming is part of the biggest problem we have.
01:10:50 Suzannah UK: My grasp of tech is huge, I don’t use a mobile phone and my camera no longer works. So, sorry.
01:11:31 Jacky Parker: there is a mag called permaculture which looks good too.
01:11:32 Julie: I’ve never had a mobile phone either, everyone thinks I’m a dinasore,
01:11:54 Yolanda: I am with a group working towards forming a wholistic living community. We would like to buy a farm in Devon and use Biodynamic techniques. But we cannot find enough funds to buy the land
01:11:56 Wanda Briggs: Charles Dowding has open days to learn about his growing techniques https://charlesdowding.co.uk/
01:12:01 Suzannah UK: Sorry, I meant grasp of tech is hugely zero
01:12:02 Sue Adlam: I’m still harvesting veg too. Just planted my garlic! The warm weather has brought the cabbages on. I’ve still got coriander leaf.
01:12:15 Suzanna: Dietrich Klinghardt talks about EMF from electric cars
01:12:52 Sue Adlam: Definitely 2nd Charles Dowding and Huw Richards too.
01:13:12 Julie: Continued…But I’m not I’ve just never thought they were a good idea. Now I have to watch my new little grand daughter having mobile phones near to her head, for photos etc. It so worries me.
01:13:13 Para Florescu: great i’ve been told about Dowding before so i think i will start with that!!
01:13:18 DONNA Lowe: Sorry I’ve got to go! Love these sessions 😘 would love to know more about gardening in a small space… how about this “no-dig” gardening method?
01:13:25 Susan Castle: Has anyone looked into BioGeometry – I am doing a course – they are harmonising the negative EMF energies. Check out the Hemberg Miracle
01:13:39 Michelle Felix: so sorry, I have to run to a meeting but a truly inspiring session, thank you!!
01:13:45 Melissa Smith: Thanks for joining us Donna and Michelle.
01:13:51 Jane Roberts: Does the same apply to electric bikes?
01:14:03 Yolanda: The phones are switching to 5G on and off.
01:15:16 Irene MacIntyre: Do think CO2 is more seen as another opportunity to make money. Al Gore et al have had plenty time to manipulate to their advantage. Like EVs, their solutions seem very credible until given greater scrutiny
Think I should buy another tensor field generator! I’m being cooked by my phone and hybrid!
01:15:30 Para Florescu: how do you spell these?
01:15:40 Yolanda: I have a small Geiger meter and it tends to go really high when we are between 2 towers
01:15:51 Melissa Smith: https://twistedsage.com/
01:16:03 Melissa Smith: https://www.anhinternational.org/news/can-ancient-tensor-tech-make-modern-day-emfs-safe/
01:16:04 Susan Castle: There is a great book – the NOT inconvenient truth that debunks Al Gore
01:16:36 Rowena: The few engineers I know are not keen on EVs for technical reasons –
01:17:07 Rob Verkerk: You need a low frequency meter to measure EMFs from mobile phones, EVs etc e.g. https://electrosmogshielding.co.uk/product-category/electronic-emf-emr-measurement-meters/low-frequency-emf-meters/?msclkid=664c88bf4e051d06ddb9ebc903b4afae

01:18:53 Melissa Smith: Book recommendation from Dian – https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/24878290-biodynamic-gardening
01:19:28 Hilary Martin: Im sorry I have to leave. Great session. Thank you
01:19:34 Meleni Aldridge: Thanks Hilary, bye!
01:19:41 Para Florescu: so many amazing links and suggestions thank you
01:19:44 Ann Charles: its interesting what youre saying as Polyface Farms have now got a new grass species that so far haven’t been identified
01:21:17 Melissa Smith: https://www.polyfacefarms.com/our-story/
01:21:17 felixhughes: On EV’s I drive a Tesla, fuel on 100% renewable, Tesla continuously rated as safest car – 100% recycled since 2012 re battery materials, big push on sustainable sources – e.g. avoiding conflict – Apple of course uses the most in iPhones – although I have not confirmed…With Twisted sage field generator, and I think the estimate in terms of energy to produce a Tesla means the break even is 5k miles – although as you mention other brands may be less efficient – using Tesla with Field generator and renewably fuelled – might this not be a better option overall?
01:21:20 Moira: What is his name again?
01:22:23 Sally: Such a good wolf example
01:22:40 Suzannah UK: Wonderful,wolves!

01:27:32 Moira: Got go thank you!
01:27:38 Meleni Aldridge: Bye Moira 🙂
01:29:32 sophie: Thank you so much soo encouraging and comforting I’ve got to go out before the darkness falls in scotland and touch the outside light and the loch side! x 🙃
01:29:33 Meleni Aldridge: Felix, please do share with us how you’ve been feeling since you’ve put the Tensor tech into your Tesla.
01:29:49 Meleni Aldridge: Amazing, Sophie. Enjoy!
01:32:07 Rob Verkerk: Leading constitution lawyer Jonathan Emord captures the wholee history of the transition between the democratic state as established via the US Constitution by the Founding fathers – to the take-over by the administrative state – including covering the covid era: https://www.waterstones.com/author/jonathan-w-emord/4989315

01:33:57 Suzanna: Excellent thank you Lauren
01:34:41 Sally: Thank you Lauren for what you are doing
01:34:46 Nicola Graves-Gregory: Yes. Thank you, Lauren x
01:34:47 Susan Castle: There is an excellent satirical film on Tony Blair and the destruction of the rights of the British. Wish I could remember its name!
01:35:02 Meleni Aldridge: Please remember Susan!
01:35:13 Susan Castle: Will try!! May have to get back to you.
01:35:31 Nicola Graves-Gregory: Yes, do that, please
01:36:00 Meleni Aldridge: We need more to laugh about whilst learning 🙂
01:36:13 Susan Castle: Sure do!
01:36:15 Heather CHAPMAN: The film was called Taking Liberties– the Tony Blair one
01:36:26 Meleni Aldridge: Great, thanks Heather.
01:36:31 Suzanna: Russell Brand is good for a serious laugh
01:36:42 Meleni Aldridge: Understatement of the century when it comes to TB…
01:37:02 Sally: Completely agree about Russell B
01:37:04 Jacky Parker: this is quite interesting on big pharma’s history and how they denigrated natural healing https://go2.propaganda-exposed.com/docuseries/episode-1/
01:37:20 Susan Castle: The film is called Taking Liberties
01:37:23 Meleni Aldridge: 🙏🏻
01:37:50 Susan Castle: The Fault Line podcast re the Iraq war is exceptional too
01:37:53 Hilary Martin: I feel that America has a lot to answer for – including the last two years and now what’s happening in Ukraine.
01:37:56 Melissa Smith: https://www.takeoneaction.org.uk/film/taking-liberties/
01:38:57 Debby: So, we may, as Rob says, not be noticeably prevented from ‘going into the forest’ etc, but see what’s happening in Canterbury and Oxford to stop people travelling
01:39:36 Suzanna: What’s happening @Debby?
01:40:28 Debby: Councils are dividing the cities into 5 or 6 areas, and drivers will not be allowed to cross boundaries beyond an allocated number of times per week/month etc

01:40:34 Nicola Graves-Gregory: We haven’t mentioned China either
01:40:37 Wanda Briggs: Thank you all for another interesting chat.
01:40:59 Melissa Smith: Traffic won’t be allowed to travel between zones and be pushed out to a ring road.
