Rob Verkerk PhD, is an internationally acclaimed, multi-disciplinary sustainability scientist with a 35-year background in environmental, agricultural, food, nutritional and health sciences. He will be presenting a keynote titled: Novel Foods and Trends on Thurs 22nd April 8.30am – 8.45am. He will also be a part of the Panel discussing: The Rise of Cannabis, CBD & Hemp 9.00am – 10.00am
