Such an interesting conversation this month. Rob and Mel dialled in from the US once again to join everyone whilst on their travels. For the majority of the call they had an excellent connection but it failed towards the end of the call, although Mel was able to rejoin the call and say bye to everyone.
Mel started the meeting by talking about mould and mycotoxins and their effect on health, along with feeding back on the recent conference organised by Colab Services discussing CIRs and mould, which is the topic of her latest article.
>>> Read Mel’s article – Does Mould Matter?
>>> Listen to Mel’s article – Does Mould Matter?
Moving on from the health issues caused by mould, Rob discussed Sainsbury’s Future of Food Report (published in 2019) and it’s vision of food products created through ferming using genetically engineered yeasts and fungis. He sent an Open Letter to the CEO of Sainsbury’s last night questioning Sainsbury’s direction and asking three very pertinent questions. He encouraged everyone to send their own version of the letter so Sainsbury’s know that not everyone shares their somewhat dystopian vision of the Future of Food.
It seems one of the bigger issues is how do we get young people to understand this shift to new-to-nature food products isn’t the panacea it’s being made out to be and the potential for these food products to harm our health further.
We also covered LED lights and far infrared saunas, their benefits and the best type to opt for. Natural sunscreen, a cream to deal with basal cell carcinomas and how we can keep things private online plus more….
So sit back and dive in to another fabulous conversation. Thank you for being a part of the ANH family!

00:16:24 David Cordes: Hello from Montreal
00:17:52 Cori12: Good evening you lovely all !!

00:20:27 Cori12: I did my thesis on mycotoxins …..
00:21:28 Ann Charles: Some may want to read this article about Baobab – https://lightningbug.substack.com/p/all-along-the-watchtower. He works with Dr Pierre Kory in his practice and he finds it has lots of benefits if you sip Baobab -1 Tbsp in 16oz of water over at least an eight hour period.
00:22:13 Melissa Smith: Thanks Ann.

00:28:00 Meleni Aldridge: Thanks Suzanna – baobabs are the most incredible trees. My favourite part of driving between Zimbabwe, where I grew up, and South Africa was passing through the baobab belt 🙂. We always stopped and had a picnic with these miraculous trees. Cream of tartar also comes from them.

00:32:02 Cori12: OMG – really – that law is through in UK?????
00:32:26 Meleni Aldridge: Morag, I think write to head office and send a copy to your local Sainsbury’s.

00:40:50 Meleni Aldridge: Scary isn’t it?!
00:41:13 Suzanna: You are so right. How to enlighten young people about what is going on! They are being targeted for governments’misinformation

00:42:34 Nicola Graves-Gregory: CHEERS FOR THE GRANDMOTHERS!

00:45:50 Peter Wilhelmsson: Not to mention the willingness, habit and acceptance of asian people you see in masks! It seems to becoming completely acceptable and natural for them and not just an temporary inconveniece at a pandemic but a general important method of prevention. Sooo sad!!
00:46:15 Suzanna: They should get Del Bigtree into the classrooms!
00:46:33 Meleni Aldridge: Yes, Peter, they were the first to adopt post SARS. It is so sad as so many impacts to health.

Spike Antibody dilution – IgG test He said only use LAB CORP as better range 0-25,000 its an indirect measure of spike – the lower the better From Scott Marsland (same as Baobab link above). 00:54:56 morag: how to get younger people involved in anh? I feel i am nagging my offspring and can see that they want to come to it themselves somehow
00:54:59 Cori12: @Ann Charles : I listened to German doctors about the spike lab…… and they told aswell the IgG goes only down, if the spikes disappear. But the spikes can be measured swell. I guess it is also the matter of costs, how to check the progress in therapy…
00:56:24 Cori12: I feel aswell LED „hurts“ as light – much too dense
00:56:55 Meleni Aldridge: Replying to “how to get younger p…”
I so wish we had the answer to this too Morag! We’ve recently gone onto TikTok but I think we need to find some young influencers to get our message out there.

00:58:01 Ann Charles: No Melanie not yet just heard about it and need to find out if its available in UK. I have a number for the test but need to read it bit more about it – thinking about it only for micro clotting aspect. Prof. Douglas Kell at Univ of Liverpool I think it supposed to be an expert in clotting so want to see what he has to say.

I wish I could find the picture of it..
01:26:57 Meleni Aldridge: Caroline, I meant to say to everyone that there’s no salicylic acid in the Curaderm now so there’s no inflammatory effect and you can use it round the external eye area.

Amazing Ann, but of course that Italian oncologist who got so vilified was also advocating baking soda for cancer!

Yes. Is the main reason the change of PH to extreme alkaline?
01:30:49 morag: we’ve had bumble bee here this week, in Scotland!
01:31:24 Melissa Smith: Replying to “we’ve had bumble bee…”
How wonderful. I love Bumble Bees.
01:31:25 Ann Charles: I came across a lecture from Dr Landrito, Dr Chetty and others and they are treating cancers with IVM and Lactoferrin and appear to be having success. Started with prostate and now more cancers. I’m just not tech savvy so have not yet found the group which is on the viber platform under prostate community trial or community prostate trial. Maybe Ill find it soon
01:33:44 Eric Marshall: Thanks for helpful session. We have to go now
01:33:46 Nicola Graves-Gregory: Is there a link to Glycen age? Is that how you spell it?

01:36:00 Ann Charles: trouble is the testing is exy and really need to do one at the beginning and one at the end of whatever it is you are using to reduce your biological age.
01:37:49 Meleni Aldridge: Exactly Ann, so with the peptides for instance – you run the TruAge test at the beginning and then at various periods of use so you can see which way your telomere length is going. Bill Lawrence’s research is showing fairly significant changes for the better in telomeres! We’re hoping that we’ll hear more on his latest research later this year – or maybe in May at the conference.
01:38:03 Cori12: So a workshop on that protection would be great and vital for all

01:40:44 Cori12: will you switch to rumble ?
01:41:02 Suzanna: We will need both nature and technology
01:41:03 Melissa Smith: Yes. We have already set up a channel on Rumble

01:42:12 Melissa Smith: Yes, we post all the Q&A videos on Rumble.
01:42:31 Nicola Graves-Gregory: How are you with homoeopathy?
01:42:40 Cori12: The live session aswell?
01:42:46 Melissa Smith: Replying to “Odyssey, Bitchute X/…”
