It was wonderful to welcome so many of you to our first Members’ Briefing and Q&A of 2025, particularly given we held the meeting an hour earlier than usual due to Rob and Meleni being in the US.

A full packed trip promoting the work of ANH-USA took an eventful turn as the team grabbed a unique opportunity to support Robert F Kennedy Jr’s nomination to the position of Head of the Health and Human Services Dept of the US government and his Make America Healthy Again agenda, which overlaps and aligns with ANH’s work over the past few decades as it’s the first time in history there is a potential head of HHS that understands all the issues that we contend with in the protection and promotion of natural health.

Tune in to find out what happened and check out the Zoom chat below for the link to watch the recording of the event plus details of how to buy a copy of the MAHA Mandate e-book, written by Rob and the US General Counsel, Jonathan Emord, which sets out ANH’s bold plan to reclaim our health and freedom.

As always we had a range of questions from Members that sparked some interesting discussions including cholesterol and statins, how to heal from an op for a detached retina and broken bone plus much more. Join us for another vibrant discussion exclusively for the ANH Pathfinder community.

00:12:09 Solveig Loretz: The meeting in Senate was great!
00:14:40 Suzanna: Has RFK been confirmed yet?
00:14:45 Cori12: Thank you – I got the link – Great find you all !!
00:15:10 Melissa Smith: Not yet. He has another hearing today, then it has to go to the Senate to be voted on.
00:15:13 Cori12: Suzanna; no RFK is not confirmed yet
00:15:37 Suzanna: Agonising! Let’s hope he gets through!
00:16:13 Melissa Smith: Here’s the link to watch the recording of the ANH-USA MAHA briefing event: https://rumble.com/v6etb1a-live-anh-senate-briefing-support-rfk-jr-and-maha-mandate-1-29-25.html
00:18:27 Cori12: I agree totally, as any step towards health is unimaginable big !!!
00:20:13 Suzanna: I totally agree that Trump whatever you think of him/his policies represents a unique opportunity for a radical shift and at very least, a new awareness will be brought about, since MSM is to be challenged too. Apart from which the alternative was beyond dire – it was basically the end of all freedom.
00:20:31 Melissa Smith: More about Dr Ervin Staub’s work: https://www.anhinternational.org/news/why-heroic-bystanders-are-needed-to-extract-us-from-the-era-of-dissonance/
00:25:00 Suzanna: I thought he did as well as could be expected with questions that he had. The Democrats proved themselves to be deeply conservative ie. Against change. And pro-Pharma. Ron Johnson showed how the “unity ticket” is the winnder. Yes Bernie Sanders was a huge disappointment as was Elizabeth Warren. SO I agree
00:25:00 Cori12: I also would like to ask you to pray – as the holistic health concept as well as re-publishing of Corona-papers are tonight in the gremium to decide – to get it through…. Of course along with a lot of prayers for RFK – my candles are lit……. It seems „things“ are just getting so accelerated now !
00:26:33 Suzanna: Bernie Sanders like Noam Chomsky seem to be disappointing intellectuals who are out of touch
00:28:15 Melissa Smith: Finance Committee: https://www.finance.senate.gov/about/membership
00:28:35 Melissa Smith: Help Committee: https://www.help.senate.gov/about/members
00:29:13 Suzanna: How will the MAHA movement with RFK hopefully at its helm have immediate knock-on effects in the UK and EU do you think?
00:29:39 Melissa Smith: MAHA Mandate e-book: https://anh-usa.org/maha-mandate-book/
00:31:59 Suzanna: Bill Gates seems to be cosying up to Trump…
00:35:15 Melissa Smith: Global Wellness Forum: https://globalwellnessforum.org/
00:36:58 Suzanna: The WCH should reformulate itself as the challenge to WHO which should be dismantled!
00:38:59 Suzanna: Would add to list of MAHA priorities: upholding Informed Consent and removing Liability shields
00:44:13 Melissa Smith: EWG Skin Deep: https://www.ewg.org/skindeep/
00:45:55 Julie: Need to leave chat now as going to a 95 year olds funeral. Fascinating talk, I’ll catch up later. xxxx
00:47:15 Cori12: I just fear – that the people in the committee are threatened heavily….
00:48:55 Solveig Loretz: What seems most important is that even if RFK does not get in, the Republicans endorse the MAHA movement, isn’t it? There has been some press coverage about that earlier today…
00:49:01 Cori12: AI project is insane
00:49:37 Cori12: But could well be to give it another turn
00:50:52 Solveig Loretz: AI should just be a tool to humans, not a decision maker… That’s where everyone sees things differently…
00:51:18 Meleni Aldridge: Yes, Corinne, I’m sure that there’s a lot of money changing hands right now in lots of backroom deals. There’s been such a huge grassroots support. Stand for Health Freedom on their own have been responsible for over 100,000 messages to Senators. All the organisations have sent in letters of support to the committees in the hearings and had our supports write in. It’s a very clear message of grassroots support and that speaks loudly to politicians.
00:51:52 Suzanna: If RFK does not get in it will be a betrayal of the US people : Trump’s campaign was lifted into the stratosphere by Kennedy joining and creating a Unity movement. RFK is an essential element of the new administration.
00:54:29 Cori12: The democrats don’t have answers for the sickened population….. – let’s hope that they really care for the future of their kids !!!!
00:54:48 Solveig Loretz: The US people are very divided and the democrats won’t let go easily… That’s the issue… Have you read the book “Dangerous Injustice” from the former legal head of the CIA? It shows how US justice has become political.
00:55:25 Melissa Smith: The US people are very divided and the democrats won’t let go easily… That’s the issue… Have you read the book “Dangerous Injustice” from the former legal head of the CIA? It shows how US justice has become political.

01:02:23 Solveig Loretz: Agree, Meleni, whatever happens will be the right thing, we need to take a holistic view on this and sending the right vibes out.
01:02:36 Eric Marshall: thanks for helpful insights. have to go now. best wishes to all
01:04:50 Suzanna: Still want to see RFK lead this! He deserves to and the world deserves his dedication and heart-felt tenacity.
01:05:23 Cori12: I know Mike Adams I guess as long as I got to know ANH – that’s so great to feel the connection and unity now !!!
01:06:18 arete: Yes, Suzanna, me too x x x
01:06:28 Suzanna: Reacted to “Yes, Suzanna, me too…” with ❤️
01:06:36 Cori12: Reacted to “Yes, Suzanna, me too…” with 💕
01:07:18 Cori12: So there is also a Skype ? So we are more than here on zoom?
01:07:50 Jacky: So pleased to see Dr Malcom Kendrick and Zoe harcombe win their case against the Mail! : )
01:08:25 Dian Shepperson: Have they changed the parameters of test results as they did with osteoporosis ?
01:08:25 Meleni Aldridge: No, Corinne, it’s just this meeting. I was only sending photos to Melissa on Skype as I need help to get them off my phone and onto Zoom.
01:08:32 Suzanna: To go back to MAHA again – a question for ANH: How will the MAHA movement with RFK hopefully at its helm have immediate knock-on effects in the UK and EU do you think?
01:08:39 Cori12: Q : But statins are also listed for post-vac or long-covid? How come?
01:08:40 Solveig Loretz: Problem with cholesterol is it goes up and down, and can also be impacted by many things, like hormones, and the food is key too.
01:09:22 Bridget: Need to go now but thank you everyone for your insights.
01:09:27 Dian Shepperson: Every cell in the body is making cholesterol
What does HRT do to it?
01:09:37 Jacky: Lack of sunlight / daylight seems to be a huge and under estimated problem
01:10:03 Ann: Any thoughts on the H E L P Aphresis method in Germany and Cyprus for removing the hard and thickened blood clots?
01:10:36 Dian Shepperson: USAresearch shows that below 4.2 cholesterol people become depressed
01:11:12 Solveig Loretz: Cholesterol is not a bad thing, as Meleni says, it creates hormonal balance, you need to always ask for the “good” and “bad” cholesterol levels when your blood gets tested.. I challenged my GP in London on this who wanted to put me on statins, and a further blood test 3 months later showed the results go down, so no statins…
01:12:00 Jacky: I understood that the whole LDL ‘bad’ cholesterol thing is a bit of a misnomer?
01:12:07 Rob Verkerk PhD: Reacted to “Cholesterol is not a…” with 👍

Well done. Most people don’t ask questions and end up on statins
01:12:54 Cori12: QUESTION: Statins are also listed for post-vac or long-covid? How come?
01:13:01 Melissa Smith: Standard treatment if someone has an ischaemic stroke along with BP meds and blood thinners.
01:13:10 Dian Shepperson: My father and his two brothers, all ramblers could not walk for joint pains. The statins were binned and diets checked
01:13:40 Meleni Aldridge: Replying to “Have they changed th…”

I really don’t know Dian, sorry. What makes you think they might have?
01:13:41 Alison’s iPad (2): Absolutely Rob!
01:14:51 Jacky: Even the charities aren’t interested according to a talk with PH and Liz Earle
01:14:53 arete: What is the magic combo?
01:15:30 Melissa Smith: Replying to “Have they changed th…”

Cholesterol guidelines were changed in 2015, bringing the desirable level of your non-HDL cholesterol to be lower than 4mmol/L and your total cholesterol should be 5mmol/L or less.
01:15:44 Meleni Aldridge: Replying to “Problem with cholest…”

Yes, very individual and very changeable.
01:15:53 Solveig Loretz: Yes, statins are part of the protocol if you have had a stroke or TIA, all over Europe… happened to my Mum (80+ years) last year, we threw out the statins and she is fine… completed omegas are blood thinners too… and diet is also key, her cholesterol levels are fine…
01:16:07 Melissa Smith: Reacted to “Yes, statins are par…” with 👍
01:16:27 Ann: What about Brian Peskins PEOs as opposed to using fish oil? BP Is a
01:17:11 Melissa Smith: 2023 article. “A common cholesterol-lowering drug may improve outcomes for critically ill patients with COVID-19, while high dose vitamin C is ineffective.” https://www.imperial.ac.uk/news/248853/statin-benefits-patients-with-severe-covid-19/
01:17:13 Cori12: But Statins are listed I think with the flccc protocols, and Peter McCullough

01:19:02 Sue: I’ve just had surgery for a detached retina. Any supplements I should know about to help heal?
01:19:37 Cori12: Replying to “2023 article. “A com…”

Thank you , I’ll read it – how the study was done – and at what it has been tested against – am sure Vitamin C was helpful anyway.
01:19:43 Jacky: Replying to “I’ve just had surger…”

I took arnica after an eye op and the surgeon said ‘he’d never seen healing like it’

01:28:37 Ann: Dr pretorius in SA has demonstrated that the fibrous clots are immune to lysis from heparin. Because the microclots are so hard you need to manually remove them and that what the HELP aphresis does apparently. They have quite a waiting list but out of price range of most I believe. Dr Pretorius also went to german clinic to do research but I cant find out if the test that she and I think Anna Brooks from NZ were developing to who could benefit/ https://lcacommunity.org/h-e-l-p-apheresis-faq
01:30:18 Melissa Smith: Question from Wanda as she can’t access the main chat feed:

Can I jump in with a question about a broken ankle and best recovery program. Creatine? Symphytum? Vitamin C and zinc? My husband has just broken his ankle and had to have it fixed by op, plate and pins….
01:30:35 Solveig Loretz: Just signed a petition in France this am asking for France’s removal from WHO
01:30:55 Melissa Smith: Italy’s PM is proposing removing Italy from WHO membership.
01:30:57 Gwyneth Ashcroft: Italy, India and Kenya, I think are leaving the WHO 👏

Just ask Resia Pretorius, you’ll find her email if you look up her institute !!! She is wonderful
01:31:46 Meleni Aldridge: Replying to “Dr pretorius in SA h…”
Thank you Ann, very helpful information. I have a family member needing bypass surgery for 2 occluded arteries, but she doesn’t have the means for private treatment like this unfortunately. I will take a closer look though. Even with her urgent condition, the wait list on the NHS is 4-5 months. She’s at risk daily for a massive heart attack. Very worrying and such a challenge that treatments like these aren’t the standard of care.
01:31:47 Suzanna: Yes -dismantle the WHO entirely! Also: we need an ICANN for UK/Europe?!
01:32:03 Dian Shepperson: Comfrey ointment = bone knit

01:34:18 Suzanna: Speaking of RFK books. And Fauci – Anyone seen the film “Thank You Dr. Fauci”? I hear it’s very good.
01:34:25 Dian Shepperson: JFKs daughter is stirring things up this week !
01:34:36 Cori12: Unfortunately Germany will I am sure push money in, although they deny socially so much !!
01:34:49 Michelle Felix: Have to run but thanks for a good session!
01:34:53 Jacky: Replying to “Question from Wanda …”
I took knit bone (homeopathic remedy) for broken elbow with pins, plus collagen, skeletal strength and more. Also I know I’m biased but a kinesiology treatment with a technique called injury recall increased by flexibility hugely

01:41:22 Cori12: How can we buy the book ? Or is it also electronically?
01:41:28 Dian Shepperson: When I bought my handbag/ purse in USA it has a hidden gun holster 😀

He had a negative d-dimer and fibrinogen levels and he talked about that he had. In his case not breaking down clots as has too much antiplasmin – I have to go back and try to understand mpre
