Thanks to everyone that was able to join us this month, despite the change of time. The theme of the meeting was resilience in the face of different situations and our ability to sit in our peace no matter what.

Meleni opened the meeting discussing the level of bureaucracy now in place around us and the number of curved balls being thrown people’s way recently. Meleni spoke about Dr Bob Marshall, founder and owner of Premier Labs, who always said “It doesn’t matter what it is, just say thank you and have gratitude”, whatever the situation.

In June, the Integrative Personalised Medicine Conference (IPM) takes place. Meleni will be hosting the Advanced Practitioner Day on Saturday 21st June, on longevity and healthy eating. Find all the details here: https://ipmcongress.com/conference/apc-2025. Discount code ANH20.

Rob took up the baton to give an update on what’s happening in the US and the work ANH-USA are doing. We need to step back and look at the turbulence on the planet and how it affects all of us and how we can interact with others to share love and humanity. He reminded us of the importance of Resilience on mind, body and spirit.

As always it was a wide-ranging covering topics such as DMSO, detoxing the spike protein and much more. So dive in and join this month’s conversation. We’d love to hear from you too, so do please leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

00:21:02 carolesymons: Ok thanks.
00:21:03 Natural Healthcare College: Replying to “Can you come if you …”
Yes definitely
00:21:10 Meleni Aldridge: But you’re not held to that 🙂
00:24:47 Dian Shepperson: ?would we give up Wales or Cornwall?
00:24:48 Meleni Aldridge: Replying to “Can you come if you …”

00:31:37 Meleni Aldridge: Replying to “Tomorrow is the Day …”
Beautiful trees to plant in day care centres.
00:36:43 Neil MILLIKEN: This resilience aspect is so needed at this time, when we find ourselves in a world, where we are floating in the seas of a business corporate ocean based on fear
00:37:00 Julie: There is an increase in Forest Schools so that must be a good thing
00:40:47 Meleni Aldridge: Replying to “This resilience aspe…”
So true Neil, the fear aspect is huge now and it seems that people’s resilience against it has been so eroded because they’re deliberately pushing survival buttons that speak directly to our epigenetics, bypassing the frontal cortex where logic resides.
00:42:12 Meleni Aldridge: Replying to “There is an increase…”
For some kids it’s going to be their only exposure to nature. My friend’s school has a forest school and she’s says it’s a major success and the kids adore being out there.
00:42:42 Melissa Smith: Replying to “There is an increase…”
The school across the road from the office has just put a forest school in with a special cabin as well.
00:43:10 Jennifer: I am more confident than I have been in some time that Bobby Kennedy will make some headway – but I think we need to circle the wagons and give him a lot a support. He has such a tough job and so much opposition.
I am convinced that childhood vaccines have a lot to answer for.
00:43:40 Neil MILLIKEN: Reacted to I am more confident … with “👍”

00:45:21 Julie: I use to put my children outside in the pram for their afternoon nap every day but everyone is too worried to do that now.
00:45:22 Sue: So many young people suffer from anxiety
00:46:30 Julie: As a yoga teacher I also feel that keeping the body flexible also helps to keep the mind flexible – I see it in my older students!

00:47:24 Cori12: My father in law is an example. Born 1931 He has lived that fear and catastrophes. And is now almost helpless in getting out of fear and sorrows for the next generations…

00:52:01 Melissa Smith: Robert Scott-Bell: https://robertscottbell.com/
00:52:08 Meleni Aldridge: Replying to “As a yoga teacher I …”
Very important Julie. A body that doesn’t move will soon not be able to move. The body will always conserve energy where it can and if you’re not using something, it’ll be downgraded as priority for energy.
00:52:36 Dian Shepperson: Only today messages of young folk becoming ill with cancers, cardiovascular disease, mental health etc at younger ages
Now they are going to spend millions on blocking sunlight getting to the earth 😗
00:53:00 Cori12: Same here. A company making spagyric essences since over 100 years, will be forced to close their production, only because there is some haze …. They „get them“ by inventing so-called quality matters…..
00:53:33 Meleni Aldridge: Replying to “Only todaymessages o…”
Which they’ve been doing for years already but as it becomes common knowledge more and more, now they need to give a reason for it and who can argue with saving kids??!! It’s the same old playbook time and time again.

00:53:45 Hilary Martin: It’s probably the bureaucracy stopping it.

It’s tragic what’s happening there Corinne after such a long tradition. The resistance should be huge but it all seems to have gone through rather quickly and easily.
00:57:41 Cori12: Q: What would you suggest to replace with better words for the „good“ of the precautionary principle. I am faced with that argumentation aswell.
01:04:10 Jennifer: I just started using DMSO for a sprained rib (???) that wasn’t healing… and it has been a game-changer! It was also a massive help to my Mum with both bursitis and tendonitis in the same hip!!
01:05:35 Jennifer: Replying to “I just started using…”
Only topically – 70% solution.
01:07:28 Neil MILLIKEN: Would the same argument relate also red light therapy
.the latest fad
..it’s not as nature intended as a therapy,as I see it though?

01:11:36 Hilary Martin: I have to leave now – I will watch the recording for Rob’s input on my question Thanks everyone.
01:13:24 Cori12: DMSO is wonderful, topically (60-70%) , quickly absorbed, and does its job as radical catcher. It helps almost immediately to relieve any swelling of hurting ankles, sprainings, etc., also in psoriatic issues. It can be applied for instance on the arm, and is transported quickly to the feet. …. – I don’t think that in the case of DMSO there is an issue of habituation. But prophylactically – I have no experience…..
01:13:52 Meleni Aldridge: Replying to “DMSO is wonderful, t…”
Thanks Corinne, very helpful.
01:16:23 Ann: Any solutions for a ‘serious’ chest infection that has been hanging around for months and so far ive not been able to move it

Fenugreek and fennel or fenugreek and thyme can be helpful – one is good for upper respiratory tract and the other for lower but I forget which way round right now😅

No problem Ann. Elite HRV is one that we use – you download the app and buy a heart rate belt from Amazon. It’s very accurate. I like the Polar chest straps.
01:33:38 Dian Shepperson: I have an infra red sauna and massage chair🤗💫
01:33:50 Jennifer: Dr Mercola thinks that the preponderance of seed oil in the modern diet are exacerbating her impact of natural sun exposure!
01:35:28 Gwyneth Ashcroft: Oh yes please Meleni… an article on seed oils 🙏
01:35:52 Alison Ledgerwood: Dr Zoe Harcombe has written a lot about the damage that seed oils can do. Whereas the other Zoe have been promoting them
01:36:00 Cori12: Rape seed oil as well?
01:36:20 Neil MILLIKEN: It’s the 5 stage CHEMICALLY processed !!!! Seed oil protocols in manufacturing that causes the problems!
01:36:37 Cori12: Replying to “It’s the 5 stage CH…”
Thank you
01:37:04 Jacky: solvent is used to extract it unless cold pressed I believe
01:37:09 Ann: vit D- yet again there is a lot of talk about vit D3 as a rat poison and shouldn’t be used. Nothing is every simple.
01:37:11 Gwyneth Ashcroft: So eating whole seeds such as pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds is ok?
01:37:18 Cori12: I always disliked rape and canola oil
01:38:39 Meleni Aldridge: Replying to “So eating whole seed…”
Yes, in moderation and as long as you’re also eating oily fish so that your omega 3:6 balance is maintained.
01:39:14 Meleni Aldridge: Replying to “So eating whole seed…”
All fish will positively contribute to your omega 3 balance though!
01:39:38 Dian Shepperson: Just use cold pressed olive oil
Do not fry
Sauté/ sweat vegetables on low heat only.
01:40:52 Julie: coconut oil?
01:41:14 Dian Shepperson: What on earth is going to bodies when these idiots start to lock sunlight as they are stating is going to happen from now on😱😳
01:41:24 Meleni Aldridge: Replying to “coconut oil?”
Yes, cold pressed, extra virgin, preferably organic – has a higher smoke point so is good for cooking.
01:41:34 Jacky: Reacted to “What on earth is goi…” with 👍
01:41:46 Meleni Aldridge: Replying to “What on earth is goi…”
They’ve been doing it for years already Dian!
01:41:56 Dian Shepperson: Block sunlight
01:42:26 Gwyneth Ashcroft: Reacted to “All fish will positi…” with 🙏
01:42:28 Ann: I read avocado oil has the highest smoke point, higher than coco oil

01:43:03 Melissa Smith: LiverTox – NIH: https://www.niddk.nih.gov/news/archive/2022/livertox-online-resource-information-drug-induced-liver-injury
01:43:19 Meleni Aldridge: Replying to “I read avocado oil h…”
Yes, it does. It’s a good one to cook with too. Best not to cook at too high temps though, particularly if it’s protein as you damage the protein.
01:43:35 Jacky: Thank so much, very interesting, I need to leave now : )
01:43:40 Cori12: Can I talk to you?
