May all your bells jingle, your tinsel tinkle and your ho-ho-ho's be hearty and healthy this holiday!

Let’s raise our glasses to 2016! It’s been a rollercoaster of a year with unseen twists and turns that have wrenched us from our comfort zones and encouraged new ways of thinking, strategising — and caring. So much has happened — from Brexit (was it only June when the UK Referendum took place?), new leaders elected in the UK and US, no lull in the spate of terror-related atrocities, the loss of so many famous and beloved figures and the ever-tightening regulatory nooses on natural health alongside, somewhat ironically, suggestions of its greater acceptance. Among our own team, we’ve also seen the passing of batons from outgoing to new members. This has been an exceptional year in so many ways, the highlights being covered in our 2016 Wrap Up.

We can’t do what we do without you and we look forward to working with you and for you in 2017. From our hearth to yours, we wish you all the very best for happy and healthful holidays. And, as the saying goes in old Ireland, “may the road rise up to meet you” throughout 2017.

Yours in natural health, jingling all the way…
