From the fires of hell in Australia signalling climate disaster, to the technology arms race that will see us all bombarded by untested millimetre waves, to the continuing deterioration of human, animal and environmental health. One can’t help but wonder if we’ve already ignited the beginning of the end. Israeli anthropologist, Prof Yuval Harari, certainly thinks so.

Rob and I had the great pleasure of being invited guests at last Saturday’s Personalised Lifestyle Medicine course for doctors and clinicians. And what a remarkably masterful course it is.
