ANH Riverdances with the Irish

This week we celebrate the Irish people. After a hectic weekend at the Vitality Expo in Dublin, we’re in the mood to Riverdance with the people of the Emerald Isle. According to a Eurobarometer survey earlier this year, the Irish appear to be the happiest in Europe. What’s more, even if they’re not quite the healthiest on paper, a stunning 97% consider themselves in ‘good health’. Perhaps the Irish passion for natural health (and Guinness?) and a €60 fee to see their GP has something to do with it?

Find out what happened at last weekend’s Vitality Expo, including some insights on Brexit. In our second piece you’ll get a taster of the educational programme that I delivered with our executive coordinator Meleni Aldridge over 3 hours. Thyroid, mitochondria, low carb and sustainability were the top topics we tackled!

In our weekly news, I have to admit my pleasure at hearing that people power has won against Monsanto, in the form of the 48 million (of us) who are signed up with Avaaz not being bullied by Monsanto to hand over all documents relating to glyphosate. Monsanto is struggling following a successful case by a cancer patient – with thousands more awaiting hearing. To suggest that Bayer, the new owner, might be struggling with its new acquisition is probably an understatement.

In health, naturally & sustainably
